Did you know that there is a right and wrong way to drink coffee? According to a recent Inc article, “Biohackers”  researched America’s favorite stimulant and found that timing is everything when it comes to coffee consumption and productivity.

One surprising result was that drinking coffee right when you wake up messes with your body’s natural circadian rhythms, and can actually make you less alert in the morning. Biohackers recommend that coffee drinkers delay their first cup of coffee until the late morning, and then drink small amounts of caffeine throughout the day.
